TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Service Packages
Part-Time Virtual Expert (20 hrs/week): $1,200/month with a 3-month minimum commitment.
Full-Time Virtual Expert (40 hrs/week): $2,000/month with a 4-month minimum commitment.
One-time Set-Up Fee: Non-refundable (Special for eXp Agents: $597, regular $897) for each Virtual Expert Hire.
What’s Included
A vetted Real Estate Virtual Expert trained in real estate support.
Knowledge of eXp Realty systems including CRM, Slack, and Follow Up Boss (FUB).
Weekly Zoom calls with your Success Manager/Coach for the first 90 days to ensure smooth onboarding.
Standard work hours: Monday–Friday only.
Holidays observed: Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve.
What’s Not Included
Go High Level (funnels, automations, CRM builds) – offered separately.
Graphics, video editing, or paid lead generation.
Weekends or holiday coverage.
Payment & Renewal
All payments are due upfront each month.
No refunds on set-up fees or monthly Virtual Expert services.
By signing up, you agree to automatic recurring charges until canceled after your minimum commitment.
Services automatically renew monthly unless canceled in writing.
Rules & Expectations
Services are for your business only (not transferable, shareable, or resellable).
You agree to provide logins, systems access, and your business processes/SOPs.
We’ll do our best to keep the same Success Manager/Virtual Expert, but we cannot guarantee the same team members at renewal.
Communication: within 24 business hours via agreed channels (email, Slack, Zoom, etc.).
Other Important Notes
Your Virtual Expert is a contractor placed through YTCG, not your employee (no payroll, taxes, or benefits).
YTCG is not liable for business outcomes or lost revenue.
YTCG’s liability is limited to the value of the current month’s service.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Usage Period
Hours purchased must be used within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Unused hours expire and are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Scope of Work
Tasks must be clearly communicated and agreed upon in writing (via email or project management system).
Some tasks may require more time than anticipated. If additional hours are needed, we will notify you in advance for approval.
Discovery Call
One 30-minute discovery call is included per bundle.
This call is to align on priorities, expectations, and delegation strategy.
Task Completion & Responsibility
We will use best efforts to complete all tasks assigned within the purchased hours.
If hours expire before tasks are completed, Your Trusted Consulting Group is not responsible for incomplete tasks.
Clients are encouraged to prioritize tasks by importance.
Time Tracking
Time is logged in 15-minute increments.
A completion form will be provided at the end of each bundle confirming hours used and tasks completed.
Communication
All communication must be conducted through approved company channels (email or designated platforms).
Direct contact with Virtual Experts outside these channels is not permitted.
Confidentiality
All client information and data will remain strictly confidential.
We recommend clients provide access through shared company accounts whenever possible (not personal accounts).
Limitations
Virtual Experts are not licensed professionals (legal, accounting, medical, financial advising, etc.). Such tasks will not be performed.
We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, as results depend on multiple factors outside our control.
Refunds & Cancellations
All sales are final.
Hours cannot be refunded once purchased.
Liability
Your Trusted Consulting Group is not liable for losses, errors, or damages resulting from client instructions, third-party tools, or delays outside of our control.
